Little slice of heaven

We couldn't imagine going back to Tulum and staying somewhere else than Delek. The attention to detail and design of every single space is just amazing. Complete care of the environment providing eco-friendly products like soap and sunblock. The warmest bilingual staff. Amazing library and common areas. The best view from the upper deck. all hidden in the nicest slice of beach/jungle. Convenient location, great beach access, good tacos! Cool vibe. The property is gorgeous, simple & luxurious. We had an ocean view suite with the most amazing huge bathroom and plush bed. The incorporation of elements of indigenous peoples adds a unique charm. The food and drinks are great. Awesome live music at the beach one afternoon. There is a magical and hidden 360-degree terrace with a warm soaking pool, perfect for watching the sun rise or set. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is easy to catch a taxi and it is close to the vibrant nightlife. Additionally, it offers a beautiful view right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. In the morning, guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and pastries. The beach is well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sea.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms lack practicality, with no stands for suitcases and limited storage options such as cupboards, tables, shelves, or chairs in the rooms.

Great value for money, especially for the location right by the beach. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel had a cool, relaxed vibe and we loved the attention to detail in the room.

All in all, we had a fantastic stay and think this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was in a great spot, right in the heart of the town, close to all the shops and bars. the complementary drinks offered were really refreshing and a great welcome touch. the room decor was very charming and rustic, really suited the overall vibe of the area. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

The biggest disappointment was the services offered, we had to pay extra for things that should have been included in the price. We had a lot of issues with the billing process and the staff didn't seem that interested in helping sort it out.
