My Christmas stay was fantastic! the hotel is spotless with no carpets, making it super clean. the staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet is top-notch. Being in a beautiful area with plenty of nearby attractions made it even better. Plus, having a pool table for some fun entertainment was a great touch!

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the room felt small, and there wasn't enough space for luggage.

Tru By Hilton in Nashville impressed us with its convenient location for meetings, spacious and clean rooms, and a well-equipped gym. the lobby was perfect for Zoom calls, and the friendly staff ensured a comfortable stay.

As an industry professional, I was intrigued by the TRU concept and found it exceeded expectations. the open closet design, bulk dispensers, and inviting lobby were impressive. Conversations with the 2nd shift desk associate and ops manager were engaging. Conveniently located near the interstate, yet peaceful with nearby amenities, including a hospital. the hotel's charming lobby with pod swings, pool table, and board games added a delightful touch. Accommodating staff provided a pack, n, play for our 1, year, old.
