We had an amazing stay at this eco-hotel. The lush greenery surrounding the property made us feel like we were in the middle of nature, despite being in the city center. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a rustic decoration that added to the charm. The location was convenient, close to the bus station and within walking distance of some great bars. The pool and lounge area provided a pleasant place to relax. we highly recommend this hotel for a unique and eco-friendly experience in Cancun.

I loved the tropical courtyard at this charming hotel, it was like my own secret garden. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and strong, and everything was eco-friendly. The hotel even used solar energy, which was a highlight for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the yummy breakfast too. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this eco-hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us information about bus transportation to the airport and nearby amenities. The hotel is conveniently located next to the ADO bus station, making it easy for us to catch a bus to the airport without expensive taxi fees. The breakfast provided was simple but tasty. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff.

I stayed at this hidden gem in downtown Cancun for 3 days and it was a tropical oasis in the middle of the city. The small hotel had clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great value for the price. I loved the hammocks scattered throughout the gardens and the eco-conscious vibe. The included breakfast was a nice bonus and the location was convenient with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised to find that Eco-Hotel El Rey Del Caribe was only a short walk from the central bus station, which was exactly what we needed after returning from our trip. The hotel is older but impeccably maintained, with everything in our room working perfectly, including the AC, shower, and TV with clear cable channels. It's clear that the owners take great care of the property.

Wonderful staff. Quiet location. Suberb breakfast. Beautiful hotel and gardens. Comfortable rooms. Helpful and kind staff. Fresh and clean rooms. Great place to discover the real Cancun.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel is situated in the perfect location around beautiful gardens that offer a tropical feel - it's like being in the middle of a rainforest! Additionally, the rooms are comfortable, with great beds and cooking facilities, plus the breakfast was amazing with generous portions. And to top it all off, it's just a short walk to the downtown bus station.

All was okay, couldn't find anything to fault.

We chose a hotel near the ADO bus station to go to the airport without paying an expensive taxi. El Rey Del Caribe also happens to be near the beach. However, the location can only take you so far. The shower produces a bit of a weak, ineffective spray. The breakfast is little. Only the manager speaks English.

The staff cannot handle drunk Latinos in the hotel.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows that helped me relax after a long day of exploring. The staff members I encountered were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast, while simple, was delicious and filled me up for the day ahead. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase water bottles at the reception. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just steps away from the main bus station, making it easy for me to navigate the city. The spacious room even had a small kitchen, which was a nice bonus. The peaceful and serene atmosphere of the hotel, surrounded by lush greenery, provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The shower could have been better, as it was a bit difficult to adjust the temperature and there was limited water for washing my hair. Additionally, there was no wifi available in the room, which was a slight inconvenience.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, away from the busy tourist area but still close to amenities. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The tropical plants around the pool created a peaceful oasis, and I loved the use of Mayan numbers for room identification. The central courtyard with hammocks and a pool was lovely, and the massage services were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast room overlooking the garden served delicious food. The overall tropical, leafy ambience was very pleasant.
