Exceptional staff delivered top-notch service and I loved the live entertainment that kept the energy high. The view from my sea-facing room was stunning, making mornings incredibly enjoyable.

Food choices were mediocre and not reflective of local cuisine. The pool area needed better upkeep, with some lingering debris that detracted from the overall experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay! The beach was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. The staff stood out with friendly service, especially those at the Sunset Grill. The amenities were adequate and contributed to a comfortable experience, even if the dining options could use expansion. I left feeling satisfied!

The hotel could significantly improve by adding more lounge chairs. reserved chairs are often left unused!!! Communication about restaurant openings requires better management!!! The rooms seem dated and could benefit from refurbishment!!!

the lobby bathroom was super dirty and staff wasn’t helpful, except for one oddly nice guy. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for all the hassle. the music was awful, keeping me up late, and I could never find a pool chair. I almost gave a 5-star review, but just couldn’t. absolute disappointment.

This hotel was just a well-suited match for a mini-break over the weekend in Ixtapa with good value. The shower had great water pressure that made it a nice experience after a long day. Be prepared for loud music during daylight hours. it can get pretty annoying.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, with a spacious outdoor swimming pool that had plenty of sun loungers and easy beach access, making my weekend getaway relaxing and enjoyable.

the location is super close to the beach with amazin cabanas and lots of restaurants around. rooms are clean and comfy. The staff is really friendly and helpful. they have nice activities and it felt safe to be there. the pool area is always lively even if its a lil crowded. food at the grill buffet was really good, never had a problem finding a spot at the beach!

I loved the stunning ocean view from my room and how easy it was to grab snacks from the kitchenette! The beach access was perfect for lounging in the sun, and I really enjoyed the live entertainment at night. Just a heads up, the pool area can get pretty packed, so try to claim a chair early. 🌊

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options that were tasty. The staff's friendliness made every interaction enjoyable. The room was equipped with a kitchenette for making quick snacks, very convenient! 😊

the pool bar was okay, but the drinks took a while to get served. rooms could use some updates but were comfortable and clean.

The staff worked hard to maintain cleanliness, and the beachfront location was ideal. I loved the convenience of having a great sushi restaurant just across the street. Be prepared for loud noise, especially by the pool. packing earplugs might help.

Outstanding service from Hugo and Reyna, combined with a peaceful beachfront location and access to excellent dining options made our visit truly special. The kids enjoyed the beach toys!
