this rest at emprio in ixtapa exceeded my expectations. beautiful hotel on the beach, friendly staff, and good food. the view from our room was gorgeous and the location was perfect with easy access to zihuatanejo. will definitely return again.

We had a pleasant stay at a beachfront hotel. the room had a nice view, although it was a bit outdated. the pool and beach were clean, and we enjoyed the great atmosphere on the beach without too many vendors bothering us. the friendly staff made our friend's birthday special with room decorations and extra attention. Daily entertainment was available for those interested, and parking was convenient. a good location with helpful service.

The beach was absolutely beautiful, with clean sand and strong waves for those who enjoy swimming. the pool was also great, with a swim-up bar and comfortable lounge chairs. the staff were mostly friendly and accommodating, and the stocked mini fridge in the room was a nice touch. the location was convenient, with a market and restaurants just across the street.

The food options at the main restaurant were a disappointment, with many dishes being spicy or unusual. This was especially difficult for someone with food sensitivities.

The staff, lobby, beds, service, and beach were excellent. The view, pool, and nearby mall were also great.

The beach at Emporio was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear waters and picturesque views. We were able to relax on the beach and enjoy the shade of the palapas. The staff provided excellent service, especially our maid who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The Jr Suite was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of extra space. we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying at Emporio again.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and our room was simply fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, pool, and nearby restaurants. The staff treated us with great respect and were always friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that exceeded our expectations. the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay and the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight. the outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and the beach access were amazing. the live entertainment and the massage at the Spa lounge were exclusive amenities that made us feel pampered. the restaurant provided delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus.

The only minor issue was that the karaoke in the bar/lounge area was too loud and interfered with our dinner experience. the snack bar and the dinner served were of high quality.

The staff were so helpful and friendly! Even though not everyone spoke English, they tried their best to help out. the hotel was in a great location, close to many activities and just a short ride from the airport. Plus, the rooms were very comfortable - the bed was amazing!

The beach wasn't the safest for swimming due to strong waves, and the pool could get crowded. the Italian restaurant wasn't great.

The beach at Emporio Ixtapa is fantastic for those who love big waves - perfect for us as trekkers and a group of friends. The staff can communicate in English and even Spanish, which was great. We loved that the Mexican/Canadian ratio was 90/10, just the kind of mix we enjoy. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in front of the beach with easy access to the town and main attractions. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of what Ixtapa has to offer.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to both the beach and the city center. We loved being able to walk to everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious food. the BBQ on the beach at night was a particular favorite, with mouthwatering steak, Camarones, chorizo, and ribs cooked to perfection.

The WiFi on my Amazon Fire tablet was a bit unreliable, causing intermittent loss of internet connection. It would have been nice to have a more stable connection.

The ocean view from our room was stunning. The pool and surrounding area were well-maintained. The nearby mall had a variety of dining and shopping options. The beach was beautiful and perfect for various activities. The short drive to the nearby town offered even more dining choices and unique beaches.
