The location of the hotel was perfect, being a bit further from crowded clubs, it was quiet at night. the staff was extremely helpful and provided great suggestions for dinner, drinks, and places to visit. Plus, we were able to use the facilities at their sister properties, which was an added bonus. the room was very clean and had nice touches like a beach bag for the duration of our stay. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The weather was not great during our stay and the sea was choppy with a lot of seaweed, making it difficult to swim. Additionally, the AC in the ocean view room did not cool the room effectively and there was only one outlet.

From the helpful staff to the luxurious rooms, to the beachfront location, to the delicious food and cocktails, one of the best trips ever!

During my recent stay at Encantada, I had the most incredible breakfast delivered right to my room. The food was delicious and the convenience was unparalleled. I also loved the fact that I could easily text from the beach for drinks - it made lounging by the ocean even more enjoyable. The comfortable bed with its ocean view was the highlight of my trip, and the sunrise was absolutely breathtaking. I had a fantastic experience at Encantada and I can't wait to go back.

I gotta say, we definitely got our money's worth at this hidden gem. The room was beyond perfect - cozy, comfortable, and oh-so-close to the beach. And let me tell you, the staff treated us like family the entire time. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. there was a lack of lounging areas, making it difficult to find a spot to relax when it rained.

We loved our stay here. The room was stunning and so close to the beach, we fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure every detail was taken care of. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the main strip but still close to attractions like the Tulum ruins and delicious restaurants. The included breakfast was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.

We had a decent Easter vacation in Tulum. the hotels' complimentary bikes and parking were really helpful, and the location was very close to all the popular restaurants and clubs, so we didn't have to travel long distances to party. the private beach was a big advantage as well, we appreciated the opportunity to sunbathe without too much crowd.

The hotel staff was not very friendly and welcoming. We had some issues with our room keys that the receptionist did not seem to care much about.

Staff were amazing, especially Alejandra, Ana, and Oscar. Good food and drinks, great location, small and cozy with beautiful beaches nearby. a fantastic and unforgettable experience.
