I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to the bridge linking the old town and centro zone, as well as the malecon and Playa los Muertas beach. The rooftop pool offered a stunning view, and the room staff were considerate and attentive. I felt incredibly safe during my stay, whether I was traveling alone or with others. The complementary morning coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and there were great shopping, dining, and gallery options within walking distance.

encino malecon centro exceeded my expectations during this christmas party. the location was amazing, near the water but on a quiet street. the rooftop view was incredible and the staff was great.

It was just a short walk to the beautiful Malacon, where I could enjoy stunning ocean views and visit all kinds of restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean rooftop pool and a large patio area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel provided free coffee every morning in the lobby, and I also appreciated the 18 litre jugs of bottled water on every floor. this hotel was clean, convenient, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
