Charming room, comfortable bed, with a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to sleep soundly, and its fantastic location made it easy to explore nearby attractions within walking distance.

During my stay, I encountered a significant issue with the toilet in my room. Despite informing the staff, it was not fixed properly, which disrupted my comfort. Additionally, I found the rooms to be quite small, with minimal space and a lack of natural light, making it feel a bit claustrophobic at times. I was also hoping for better sound insulation, as noise from the hallway and other rooms echoed throughout the building, making it difficult to relax.

Enjoyed the rooftop pool and the lovely large patio area! Convenient bottled water on every floor was a lifesaver. Plus, just a quick, five-minute stroll to the beach—perfect for sun-soaked adventures.

The twin beds situation was a hilarious nightmare—talk about not sharing! Also, only two bath towels for a 20-night stay? I felt like I was on a camping trip!

This place is super close to the beachfront promenade, just a quick stroll from all the action. Our large family really enjoyed hanging out at the rooftop pool and checking out nearby eateries. The kids were thrilled with the spacious room we had.

My kids wished for better communication from the staff. A more kid-friendly menu would be a fantastic improvement.

i really enjoyed my stay at encino malecon centro. the outdoor pool on the top floor had amazing views and was a perfect spot to unwind. the restaurant on site offered great food and drinks, and it was open late, which was super convenient after a long day out. plus, it’s close to the bridge on the south end of town and several flea markets.

the wifi could be a bit spotty at times.
