The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower.

era hotel & spa exceeded our expectations during our wedding ceremony in tulum. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. the location was perfect and the hotel had a laid-back vibe that we loved.

The breakfast menu had a nice variety to choose from and the drinks were quite refreshing. the fact that we were offered free bikes for exploring the town was a plus. the hotel had a great location, only a short walk away from the main attractions. our room had a captivating view that we enjoyed waking up to each morning.

We had several negative experiences during our Easter break. our room had an unpleasant odor that ruined our sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay at Era Hotel & Spa! We normally opt for Airbnbs, but this boutique hotel with its boho style and intimate atmosphere was a refreshing change. The staff, especially Jorge and Anola, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. The free breakfast, especially the avocado toast, was delicious. The rooms were clean, quiet, and provided the best night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenient location near local restaurants and bars, with bikes available for easy access. We will definitely be returning!
