The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room itself was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and good storage space. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast items could use some improvement.

The Pantages Hotel in Toronto City Centre was definitely worth the money. The room was luxurious, spacious, and well-stocked, with a comfortable bed and a nice mini-bar/kitchenette. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Dundas Square and many nearby attractions. The front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe by offering a wider variety of options.

The location of this hotel was fantastic for us. It was right near downtown, close to a shopping center and within walking distance of train stations and bus stations. We were able to easily access the theatre for the show we came to see. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel had excellent facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast provided was perfect for our needs.

The location of the hotel is really convenient. It's right near downtown and just around the corner from the Eaton Centre, which is pretty awesome. The staff are helpful and they have great recommendations for places to visit. The rooms are well organized and they even have laundry facilities. The bed is comfortable and the towels provided are just enough for two people.

The pillows could use some improvement. They felt worn and broken down, which affected the sleep quality.

The bathroom was quite dated, with peeling paint in the corners of the bathtub and a moldy smell. This was a disappointment considering the rest of the hotel.

We had a great time here! This place is conveniently situated close to theatres, train & bus stations and most attractions in downtown. The room was great with all the amenities you could need, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, seating area. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we particularly enjoyed the fitness centre and leisure facilities.

We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't change our reservation over the phone. Despite that, we would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

We were delighted with our stay at Pantages Hotel Toronto Centre. The King room was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful marble bathroom and a comfortable king bed. The ambient lighting created a cozy and romantic atmosphere throughout the night. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. The hotel also offered excellent security measures, as the room keycard was required to enter the building and use the elevator. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance of theatres, Jazz Bistro, and Eaton Center. I highly recommend this hotel for a special occasion or romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just minutes away from anywhere in the downtown area. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind throughout our stay. They were friendly and very helpful with accommodating my partner and I. We were able to rent bikes just outside the hotel and biked around the city, which was a great way to explore. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and we had a great sleep. The bathroom was modern and had lovely toiletries. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. The pillows were all too thick, which resulted in a crick in my neck.
