The location was perfect for exploring! Just minutes away from train and bus stations and within walking distance of popular attractions like the Eaton Centre and fantastic dining options. The room was spacious and clean, with a small kitchenette that came in handy for late-night snacks.

Parking was expensive, adding to the overall cost of the stay.

The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from theatres & dining spots! Staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Pella at the front desk, who went above and beyond during our stay!

The bathroom amenities were lacking, with no extras like lotion or toothbrushes. I experienced issues with check-in timing that were quite frustrating and detracted from the overall experience.

Housekeeping requires prior notification for cleaning!!! Ice delivery only upon request and no icy machines on the guest floors!!! Poor TV service with vague options and no guide available!!!

This hotel suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, fitness center, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The staff even helped me find my lost car keys on my first stay. I highly recommend it for its great service. I'll be back for my business trip.

The staff were super nice and accommodating. Our first room was noisier than a rock concert, but they quickly moved us to a quiet one on the 12th floor. The beds? Oh, so comfy!

I had a great stay! The room upgrade was perfect for us. we appreciated the extra space. Room service was impressively fast too! Just wish there was a microwave available.
