The hotel is located in a quiet area very close to Zona Rosa and in the Paseo De La Reforma area. It's in a good location near the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are big and modern, with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The bathroom is well-designed, with a separate shower and toilet. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great service. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, and the hotel offers free wifi and a small gym.

The lighting in the rooms could be improved, as the desk lamps make the room a little dark.

I spent new year's in this hotel and it was a great experience. the hotel offered complimentary champagne and hors d'oeuvres for the celebration. the location of the hotel was perfect, with many restaurants and shops nearby. the view from my room was also a huge plus, as I could see the city skyline.

The gym facilities were outdated and limited, and the breakfast options were not very satisfying. the service could have been better, as the staff seemed disinterested in assisting me with my luggage upon arrival.

The front desk staff was helpful with late check-out requests. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location is great, close to restaurants and shops. Good breakfast variety and fast WiFi. Great stay!

From calling taxis for me to patiently helping me with my Spanish, their friendliness and helpfulness were unmatched. I was particularly grateful for their assistance in explaining how to use my phone outside of the United States. Their genuine care and attentiveness truly made a difference and enhanced my overall experience at the hotel.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with its exclusive amenities. the spacious and modern rooms provided ample closet space and a balcony with stunning views. the well-appointed bathroom and hardwood floors added to the overall experience. the in-room safe was a plus. the location is safe, and it's a short walk to shopping areas and the metro. the hotel staff was helpful, and room service was prompt. the restaurant served a delectable buffet breakfast.

The hotel lacked a proper bar/lounge area for spending leisure time. the minor downside was that the mattress was too firm, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
