The rooms are big and modern, with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The bathroom is well-designed, with a separate shower and toilet. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great service. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, and the hotel offers free wifi and a small gym.

The lighting in the rooms could be improved, as the desk lamps make the room a little dark.

I spent new year's in this hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel offered complimentary champagne and hors d'oeuvres for the celebration. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The view from my room was also a huge plus, as I could see the city skyline.

The gym facilities were outdated and limited, and the breakfast options were not very satisfying. the service could have been better, as the staff seemed disinterested in assisting me with my luggage upon arrival.

From calling taxis for me to patiently helping me with my Spanish, their friendliness and helpfulness were unmatched. I was particularly grateful for their assistance in explaining how to use my phone outside of the United States. Their genuine care and attentiveness truly made a difference and enhanced my overall experience at the hotel.
