I had a terrible experience with the front desk staff, who were unhelpful and unfriendly. When I asked for extra towels since there was only one provided for my room, I was met with indifference. Additionally, the hotel felt outdated with poor cleanliness. I noticed dirty corners in my room and a strange smell from the air conditioning, which made my stay uncomfortable.

The refrigerator and microwave were useful, but we had issues with parking and a lack of attention from the reception staff when needed. The area felt safe, and there were good restaurants nearby.

The pool was smaller than advertised and was closed for maintenance during my visit, which was disappointing.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially because I was just a short walk from Parque Morelos, which is a lovely spot for a stroll, and the Trompo Interactive Museum Tijuana was also close by, making it easy to fit in some fun culture while wandering around the city.

The location was spot on! Room had a fridge and kitchen setup for easy snacks. Housekeeping every 7 days was a bonus.

Felt really welcomed, no reason to complain.

Couples Beware, Not Worth the Price

I had a crazy scene where they called me from the reception at 2 AM to move my car because it was blocking someone else's. Just imagine, you're trying to sleep, and they expect me to juggle cars like some kind of Tijuana valet. Also, the room had this weird mildew in the shower corners that really put a damper on things.

Loved the location! Walked to plenty of restaurants and it was easy to park. Coffee at Blue Luna next door was a delightful perk after our long drive.

But honestly, the place was like a charming old lady—looks fab on the outside but definitely needs some TLC inside! And I could have used a few more towels instead of feeling like I was in a towel shortage crisis.

It was just an ideal choice for a flash visit in Tijuana with good value for cost. The full-size refrigerator in the room was a great bonus for keeping snacks and drinks handy during my stay. Make sure to check the area for nearby dining options, as there are plenty of great places to eat around.
