I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Omaha for a Christmas trip. The hotel was incredibly clean, probably the cleanest I've been to. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Even though I have severe food allergies and couldn't eat much from the breakfast spread, everything looked and smelled amazing. It was a hidden gem and provided a comfortable respite during my long drive.

Would recommend this hotel.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a swimming pool, comfortable beds, and a spacious room. The breakfast in the morning was great and the hotel was well-lit and secure, both inside and outside.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very professional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The maintenance worker quickly fixed our air conditioner late in the evening. They even mailed back our grandson's bathing suits that we left behind. The cleanliness of the room and the nice swimming pool area were also noteworthy. The location was convenient, close to the event venue and in our group.

The room was nice and pretty big, offering plenty of space to relax. The pool was clean and enjoyable, perfect for a refreshing dip. I also appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave in the room, making it convenient for storing and heating up snacks.

I was the lack of communication from the front desk staff. When I requested a room near an exit, they initially placed me in a room in the middle of the building.
