I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, right next to Paseo Montejo, with its great restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. The lobby was stunning with its beautiful lighting and stone finishes. The Fiesta Club Lounge that came with my Junior Suite was a fantastic bonus, offering delicious breakfasts and a wide variety of snacks. The staff there were truly wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the C.O. Bigelow bath products were a nice touch. a beautiful hotel with amazing staff.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Firstly, the staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English, which made our stay much more comfortable. Secondly, the room itself was stunning, with a comfortable king-sized bed and all the amenities we needed. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a great pool area, tennis court, and hot tub. We were also pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped gym, as we like to workout regularly. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with cute restaurants and shops nearby and the added convenience of a Walmart across the street.

There was absolutely nothing that we disliked about our stay at this hotel. Our experience was flawless and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay in Merida.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel provides easy access to both Congress Centre and the main restaurant which offers delectable cuisine. Situated in a very safe area, this hotel exceeds expectations with its immaculate room and bathroom, and top-notch service. The breakfast is diverse and delicious. The large pool and good gym are perfect for relaxation after a busy day.

One downside of this hotel is that the pool area can be quite loud, especially late at night, which could interfere with a good night’s sleep.

We had an amazing stay at Fiesta Americana in Merida! the hotel is stunning, with beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. the Christmas Eve dinner was a highlight, with a delicious buffet and attentive wait staff. the couples massage was outstanding, with a skilled masseuse who gave us the best massages we've ever had. Our room, a spacious Junior King Suite, was comfortable and well-appointed.
