We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Toni, welcomed us with professionalism and genuine kindness. They even called our room to ensure everything was okay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we were able to check in early for free. The hotel is conveniently located near Rice University, the Museum District, and the Galleria Mall. Its location in a designated area and adjacent to nice neighborhoods made it even more appealing. We also appreciated the good breakfast and the efficient working refrigerator in the room.

fiesta inn chetumal exceeded our expectations during this relaxing spa holiday. the bed was soft, the water was soft, and the room service rice bowls were delicious. a top-notch experience overall.

Everything was fantastic.

The spacious rooms were a major plus for our family, giving the kids enough space to move around without getting in our way. the service provided by the staff was excellent, with everyone being friendly and helpful. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of options for even the pickiest eaters.

The swimming pool seemed to be dominated by rowdy party-goers, and it wasn't cleaned until 8 in the morning. This made it less enjoyable for those of us who just wanted to relax and swim peacefully.

I recently stayed at Fiesta Inn and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and they even accommodated our request for a late check out. The rooftop pool and bar were a great spot to relax, with comfortable sofas to lounge on. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, thanks to the excellent housekeeping staff. I was also impressed with the healthy breakfast options available, including fresh green juice, fruit, and natural yogurt. The free wifi and underground parking were added bonuses. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

We loved staying at this hotel! It's located in a very central area, right in the heart of the city, close to the ADO station and within walking distance from downtown. The service is great - the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room service and laundry were really convenient. Also, the leisure swimming pool is amazing - we spent hours relaxing here. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a nice touch.
