The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, with windows opening up to a beautiful promenade in a vibrant part of town. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing plenty of advice on sightseeing and dining options. There is also a delicious breakfast served each morning, offering a great start to the day.

The space for suitcases and clothing storage in the rooms is limited.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff at the desk welcomed us warmly with a cup of port wine and a delicious national pastry. They were not only friendly, but also provided us with endless recommendations and guidance on where to go from a locals' perspective. The food at the hotel was absolutely amazing and the location couldn't have been better. The rooms were not only beautiful and spacious but also impeccably clean. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends.

Had the most expensive room with a large, slightly hard but comfortable bed. Enjoyed the nice pillows and the amenities like the coffee machine, robes, and slippers. Basic toiletries were provided. Good double glazing helped with noise reduction. Decent buffet breakfast, although tea/coffee service was slow. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps away from the major monuments. The personnel were very polite and helpful. The rooms were really clean. The highlight was the amazing breakfast and the surprise birthday celebration with a cake and Porto in our room.

This place is located in a pedestrianized area which is very convenient for exploring the city. The staff at the reception desk provided exceptional service and accommodated my request for a slightly later check-out the day of my departure. Additionally, the in-room amenities such as air conditioning, towels, and free toiletries were all great.

I had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. the breakfast served every morning was exceptional and definitely worth the extra cost. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, which definitely made the stay more enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring the local area with many key attractions nearby. the room was also very clean, providing a comfortable stay for my holiday.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which was a slight disappointment. the hanging space in the room was quite high and the hangers not reachable, making it difficult to hang clothing.

Das Hotel ist ein echtes Juwel in der Stadt. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig und doch zentral. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und groß genug mit einem Balkon, von dem aus man eine wundervolle Aussicht genießen kann. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist beeindruckend, genau wie das freundliche Personal. Der Manager und der Zimmerboy sind immer hilfsbereit und bemühen sich, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Ayurveda-Produkte im Hotel sind ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt.

Ein Nachteil ist, dass das Frühstück nicht im Hotel serviert wird.

The staff, especially Nelson, were incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations for our first day. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with double-glazed windows ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The service was consistently excellent, and we appreciated the accommodating reception staff who allowed us a later check-out. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and we loved the fresh fruit options.
