The hotel is conveniently located next to a nice shopping mall in the center of Mexico City, offering easy access to restaurants and shops. Additionally, the hotel features a heated swimming pool and a gym for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The pool and sauna were closed for the entire stay.

Great place to stay at the mall area. The room key card had some issues, but the night manager was helpful in resolving it. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and we would stay there again on our return visit. I recommend this hotel.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Ecatepec. the location was excellent, with a mall right across the street offering a variety of shops and restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained, with attention to detail evident in amenities like the wardrobes. I found this hotel to be a great value for money, with reasonable prices and a fantastic location.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location near the highway and shopping area. the breakfast was excellent with tasty Mexican dishes and the staff were professional. the swimming pool was also a plus, providing a refreshing break from the hot temperature.

The maintenance of the room was lacking, as the shower was not properly attached to the wall and the towel rack was mounted improperly. the buffet had a wide variety of food, but the price was not worth it.
