Large rooms, friendly and helpful staff, 24/7 bar/restaurant, great pisco sours, freshly squeezed juices at breakfast. Efficient reception, English speaking, helped find money exchanger and book private shuttle. Knowledgeable about taxis, breakfast with fresh fruits, newly renovated bathrooms and comfy rooms. Storage for bags and memorable service upon return.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is opposite a lively casino and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It's easy to reach Lima downtown either by taxi or bus, making it convenient for exploring the city.

Some guests have reported noise issues from neighboring rooms, which can be quite disruptive.

The rooms at the hotel were spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing helpful advice and assistance throughout my stay. They even stored my bag while I was away and remembered me when I returned. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh juices and fruits.

He found a money exchanger with a good rate and even booked us a private shuttle to the airport at the same cost as a regular taxi. His English skills were impressive and he had great connections throughout the property, making our stay hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and helpful staff.
