Efficient reception, English speaking, helped find money exchanger and book private shuttle. Knowledgeable about taxis, breakfast with fresh fruits, newly renovated bathrooms and comfy rooms. Storage for bags and memorable service upon return.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is opposite a lively casino and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It's easy to reach Lima downtown either by taxi or bus, making it convenient for exploring the city.

Some guests have reported noise issues from neighboring rooms, which can be quite disruptive.

We had a layover flight and stayed at this hotel, which happened to be the cheapest 4-star option in the area. The receptionist went above and beyond to help us. He found a money exchanger with a good rate and even booked us a private shuttle to the airport at the same cost as a regular taxi. His English skills were impressive and he had great connections throughout the property, making our stay hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and helpful staff.

What a romantic getaway! We loved the luxurious king-sized bed and the beautiful, well-designed room. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to some of the city's best restaurants and shops. Plus, the hotel's spa was a great way to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Sadly, the hotel was located in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood and we didn't feel safe walking around at night. the hotel's premium services such as the spa and in-room dining were a bit pricey.
