The room was fantastic, with a clean and modern design. The spa-like shower and nice vanity were a pleasant surprise. The security at the hotel made us feel safe, and the proximity to the mall gave us plenty of options for dining and shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Tepic.

The bathrooms are equipped with spa-like showers and nice vanities. The breakfast is decent, with a good selection to choose from.

The gym is small and poorly ventilated, becoming unbearably hot during exercise.

The hotel provided a cozy and romantic atmosphere ideal for a couples getaway. the cleanliness was much appreciated, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. the hotel's strategic location offered a perfect mix of peace and entertainment.

It was unfortunate that the hot water was inconsistent. In the mornings, it was lukewarm, but in the evenings it warmed up pretty quickly.
