Surrounded by highways, it seemed like an oasis of greenery. My dog especially enjoyed running around on the large lawn in front of the rooms. the attached restaurant offered some of the best Mexican cuisine I've ever had. Its location was ideal for my road trip, as it was a perfect stopover point before heading farther south.

The room I was given had no functional air conditioning and the staff took too long to address the issue. It made for an uncomfortably hot sleep, and though they promised refunds or complimentary meals, none of it was acknowledged come check-out time.
