We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket on the ground floor, which allowed us to stock up on items and enjoy them in our room. we would recommend this hotel for its pleasant accommodations.

Loved the buffet breakfast, so many local dishes to try. The surrounding area was amazing, filled with a variety of restaurants and bars. I also enjoyed the benefits of the ALL loyalty programme.

Oh, and let's not forget the unforgettable experience of the vending machine. It was truly a disappointment.

We stayed 1 night at this hotel and found it to be excellent value for the money. The room, though small, was sufficient for our needs. The highlight was the wonderful view from the room and the restaurant. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, with good coffee and pastries. The staff at the reception were kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel's location was really close to the center, just a few subway stations away from popular attractions like Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, and the Royal Palace. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel. I'll recommend this hotel.

I stayed at an Ibis hotel for one night and found it to be a functional and affordable option. The location was fantastic, right next to the tube station. The buffet breakfast offered good value and I even bought two pillows from the hotel because they were so comfortable. The staff, particularly the one who used to live in Reading, were lovely and helpful. There was a great local tapas bar just a short walk away and a convenient shop underneath the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Ibis. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the metro, buses, and great restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We loved the beautiful view of the bull ring from our terrace, and it was so convenient to have the metro right across the road for exploring Madrid. The daily cleaning service and helpful staff, who even booked us a taxi for an early morning flight, made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be returning.
