The art and plants added a nice touch, giving the hotel a modern yet somewhat colonial feel. The restaurant had a beautiful patio and locals frequented it for the ambiance and luxury. The Sunday Buffet was a winner, with consistently high-quality Oaxacan-style food. We were even lucky enough to have the Governor and a famous artist stay at the hotel during our visit. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the Guelaguetza and the centro.
