We had a great stay at a boutique hotel with elegant decoration and comfy beds. The rooftop terrace provided stunning city views. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Despite small drawbacks, we recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and many great restaurants nearby. the included breakfast was delicious and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. the staff at the restaurant/bar were outstanding, providing excellent service and making our stay memorable. It's worth noting that tipping generously is appreciated due to low salaries in the country. We can't wait to go back!

The hotel's location is central, with easy access to everything in Bocagrande. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The breakfast is fresh and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooftop terrace has beautiful views of the skyline and is a great place to enjoy a drink with friends.

The hotel lacked a pool, which would have been a nice addition to cool off in the hot weather.

I had a great time staying here! The location was perfect, right in the center of the shopping district. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The terrace was amazing, great to have drinks and unwind. The breakfast was really delicious, with diverse homemade items and a great selection of fruits. Also, the free Wi-Fi was very fast, perfect for videoconferences.

We spent New Year's eve in this hotel and it was an amazing experience. We loved the breakfast selection, especially the local foods, fresh fruit, and juice. the staff was so attentive and helpful. the hotel's central location made it easy to get food in walking distance and it was easy to get to the historical venues by taxi. Two complementary facts that made our stay even better were the cool rooftop bar and the free Wi-Fi. the rooftop had a great view all around and the Wi-Fi service was fast and reliable. We also enjoyed the fact that the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The hotel is located in a lively area that attracts aggressive street vendors who can be quite bothersome. the hotel itself was great, but the location can be a problem for those looking for a quiet and peaceful environment.

I recently stayed at Oz Hotel Luxury for a week-long vacation. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The room I was upgraded to had a balcony and was modern and comfortable. I loved that they had all the Sports Channels on the TV, perfect for catching up on my favorite games. The spacious shower with plenty of hot water was a bonus. The hotel was clean, safe, and well-maintained. They even arranged taxi pick-ups for me whenever I needed to go somewhere. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the rooftop, despite not being open for long during my stay, offered beautiful panoramic views of the city. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute stroll to the beach and a shopping mall nearby. The breakfast provided was varied and delicious, and I even received a welcome drink upon arrival. the customer service, amenities, and location of the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it.
