We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Jardin Etnobotanico, Mercado de 20 de Noviembre, the Zocalo, and San Paulo Square. We loved how easy it was to find everything we needed, including restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and clothing stores. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious, and we enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard with a drink from the bar. we were very pleased with our stay and would happily choose this hotel again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Casona in Oaxaca for a week-long vacation. The hotel was beautiful and clean, comparable to what you would expect in the U.S. The staff spoke both Spanish and English and were very professional. The concierge was extremely helpful, providing valuable information and recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety of meat and veggie options at a reasonable price. The location was perfect, close to the town square and various restaurants.

We had a wonderful city trip in Oaxaca thanks to the great location of the hotel. It was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the city's attractions. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered free welcome drinks on the patio, which was a nice touch and added to the overall pleasant experience.

Worst Dark Rooms & Noisy Mornings. One downside of our stay was the extremely dark rooms.

The room with the balcony had beautiful Oaxacan decorations and L'occitane toiletries. The staff was friendly and the front desk attendants were extremely helpful. Smoking areas were always clean. The bartender, Arturo, was really nice. The hotel is located one block from the Zócalo and close to major markets. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and churches. The staff at the hotel were excellent and willing to help. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The small buffet breakfast in the courtyard was delicious with fresh fruit and great coffee. Bikes were available for borrowing and day tours could be arranged at the front desk.

As adventure travelers, we loved the well-equipped facilities and the variety of workshops and activities offered at the hotel. The freshwater pool was a refreshing way to cool off after our adventures, and the free yoga lessons helped us relax and rejuvenate. The staff, especially Alejandro, went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, and the welcoming and friendly locals made us feel safe and right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the La Punta area and other beaches, as well as a short taxi journey from the airport. our time at the hotel was enjoyable and relaxing.

Staying here was a great experience! The fact that this place is housed in a historical palace with a pretty courtyard is a huge plus. The service, including room service and car hire, was excellent. The staff was professional and always willing to help, offering tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were great with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. the food was amazing and the ambience felt like home. We had a wonderful Mexican experience, especially when we arrived sick and the staff quickly arranged an English-speaking doctor for us. They also helped us despite our limited Spanish and provided great recommendations for activities and restaurants. the location was ideal, close to the Mercado and Zocalo. the customer service, friendliness, and breakfast were all top-notch. José the waiter added to the authenticity of our experience.
