The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with festive lights and decorations throughout. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our holiday stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining options, as well as local holiday attractions. One of the best aspects was the complimentary hot chocolate bar in the lobby, complete with all the fixings like marshmallows and whipped cream. It was a cozy and delightful touch that added to the holiday spirit.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the room we were assigned was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around and store our belongings.

The pool was refreshing and well-maintained during my stay. The hot tub was a perfect temperature and a great way to relax after a long day. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Large meeting room offered for no extra charge. In-room coffee could be improved. Limited breakfast included, but at least it was served with seating available. New hotel with modern decor. Great amenities and quiet, clean atmosphere.

I recently had a fantastic experience at a hotel in the Kenosha area. The location was conveniently situated between Wilmot Mountain Ski Resort and the city, making it easily accessible from the Interstate Freeway. Despite being a little away from the center of town, this was not an issue at all.

All was smooth and enjoyable, no improvements needed.

Friendly and attentive staff made my weekend trip special. Complementary breakfasts were delicious and included a nice variety for all tastes. the location was spot-on -- everything was right where we needed it to be! And the Christmas decoration was the perfect touch for a winter trip.

The new bathroom design was a bit uncomfortable for me. the toilet was shorter than what I'm used to, and the barn door to the bathroom/closet didn't work very well.
