The value for money at this hotel was excellent - clean and comfortable rooms with great water pressure in the bathroom. The location in the heart of the city was perfect, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff treated us with professionalism and were always there to assist.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, and even a beautiful park and cathedral just a stone's throw away. I loved the vibrant atmosphere and the opportunity to people-watch while enjoying a variety of delicious street snacks nearby.

We loved the central location of the hotel, right next to the lively plaza with a great view of the cathedral. The restaurant had delicious food and overall the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The laundry service was prompt and efficient. Although there were some early morning bells, it added to the charm of the experience. we recommend this hotel.

my recent stay at a hotel in tepic was exceptional. the staff was incredibly helpful and even accommodated my husband after his surgery, providing a wheelchair and room service. the room and bathroom were modern, spacious, and clean. the complimentary breakfast in our room was a nice touch. the location was excellent, and the restaurant had a great selection. overall, it exceeded my expectations, making our honeymoon memorable.

The bells from the nearby cathedral started ringing at 6:30 in the morning, which was quite disruptive to our sleep. Some items at the hotel restaurant were on the pricier side compared to other options in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Fray Junipero Serra. The guest services staff, especially Adriana and Maria, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues with hot water. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the town and enjoy the local shops and restaurants. Despite some minor drawbacks like the noise from the church bells and the lack of a pool, the overall value and service provided by Fray Junipero Serra make it a top choice for future visits to Tepic. I would highly recommend this hotel.
