Nothing everything was great.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the hotel had some maintenance issues, such as uneven floors and poor lighting.

We also liked the fact that the hotel had a restaurant that offered room service, as well as being attached to another restaurant with better food and prices. Additionally, the hotel had a convenient location close to Paseo de la Reforma and Insurgentes Boulevard.

The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Although the room we stayed in was a bit outdated and had some tatty elements, it did not take away from the overall charm of the hotel. The small inconveniences, such as holes in the wall near the electrics and dirty cups left around, were minor compared to the overall experience.
