Nothing everything was great.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.

the hotel had some maintenance issues, such as uneven floors and poor lighting. I felt that the hotel could use some updates and improvements to enhance the overall experience.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the historical charm of the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the young lady who cleaned our room did a great job. We also liked the fact that the hotel had a restaurant that offered room service, as well as being attached to another restaurant with better food and prices. Additionally, the hotel had a convenient location close to Paseo de la Reforma and Insurgentes Boulevard.

The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
