We had a fantastic stay at Solaris! The hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceed our expectations. From the maintenance workers to the wait staff, everyone was helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. We loved dining by the ocean and spending time on the beach each day. The shows at night were also a highlight, as they were fun and engaging. Additionally, we appreciated the access to the extra options at the hotel next door. Despite there being only two restaurants, the menu options changed daily for both lunch and dinner, providing a good variety. The hotel had a clean and cozy atmosphere with just 200 rooms, and the great beach and mostly great staff added to the overall enjoyment of our holiday.

solaris exceeded my expectations during this overnight stay in cancun. the breakfast spread, mexican treats, and friendly waiters were top-notch. the cocktails were okay, but the pina colada was consistently great! the property was beautiful and intimate, and we enjoyed the fine dining options at marco polo and veneto.

Good views, friendly staff, and great food options. Limited restaurant availability and strict mask requirements were a small disappointment. Looking forward to returning next year for our 40th anniversary celebration. Amazing bell boys and great service from the wait staff. Affordable compared to other nearby resorts, though some areas could use updating. Convenient location near the airport and access to a sheltered beach area. The pool staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The ala carte restaurants offered delicious meals, especially the Veneto. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.

Who needs authentic Mexican food when you can enjoy the "north american or caribbean" version? And don't forget the joy of being aggressively pursued to buy a timeshare!

Nice classic and relaxed feel with access to large facilities next door. Excellent service from Jeyson, Irma, Javier, and Luis. Views, staff, and food are always enjoyable. Great value for money compared to neighboring resorts. Convenient location near airport and less crowded area of the strip.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the cleaning staff ensuring the building was kept upright. The facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful beach for those seeking relaxation. The location was also great, not far from nightlife options and in a safe area. The staff were the highlight of our experience, always friendly, accommodating, and providing excellent service. The waiters in the buffet and upscale restaurants were respectful, checking in on us regularly and ensuring our meals were perfect. We never went hungry, as there were ample food options available at all times, including delicious breakfasts.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, with a unique personality. The beach and pools are amazing, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The choice between buffet style or sit-down restaurants is a nice option. The hotel facilities are great for families with young children.

Disappointed with the transportation service from the airport, as we had a delay and had to pay extra for a taxi. There was confusion with the check-in process and we were initially dropped off at the wrong hotel.

The breakfast was superb! They had a great variety of continental and Mexican treats, including enchiladas and pastries. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. Another positive aspect was the access to a larger property right beside the hotel, which offered more amenities and activities. Additionally, the fine dining restaurants in the hotel were amazing, with delicious food and excellent service.

They took over 2 hours to deliver the orders, sometimes missed them, and sent undercooked food. The walls in the rooms were very thin, causing noise disturbances from neighboring guests.

The food at the hotel was fairly good, especially the breakfast and snack bar. We also enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant. The pool area was clean and the pool staff was kind and helpful, providing great service.

The water supply system in the room was horrible, making drilling sounds randomly during the night. Additionally, there was a lack of communication between the hotel staff, resulting in a frustrating check-in and check-out process.

The Gr Caribe Deluxe By Solaris All Inclusive resort exceeded all our expectations. The views were breathtaking, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely mouth-watering. Despite some limitations, such as the Veneto restaurant being closed on certain nights, the alternative option at Marco Polo was just as incredible. The upscale menu restaurants were a definite highlight of our stay. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the level of service we received was OUTSTANDING. Special mentions go out to Fernando, who went above and beyond to make our girls' trip unforgettable, and Abe, who treated us like royalty during breakfast. The entertainment staff at the pool in the neighboring resort added even more fun to our stay. The location of the resort, just 15 minutes from the airport, made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. All in all, our experience at this resort was simply fantastic.
