I recently had an amazing stay at an upscale adults-only resort in the Riviera Maya. The location was perfect, situated right next to the beach, allowing for stunning views and easy access to the crystal-clear waters. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at one of the on-site restaurants, where everything was made fresh, resulting in delicious and authentic meals. The Zen area of the resort provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a luxurious bathroom and comfortable bedding. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring I had everything I needed. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, setting the perfect start to each day.

The only drawback I experienced was the occasional presence of families and children in certain areas of the resort, which slightly disrupted the expected adult-only vibe.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The Ambassador Garden, Ambassador Pool, and the Ambassador Beach were stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The location was also convenient, allowing easy access to the other areas of the resort. We were thankful to the entire staff, but especially to Amy, Adrianda, Diana, Ernesto. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

I had an unforgettable experience at Grand Velas Riviera Maya. The staff treated me like royalty from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The resort itself is a hidden gem, nestled amidst lush foliage that gives it a real jungle vibe. I loved waking up to the sight of monkeys and other wildlife. The pools were incredible, especially the infinity edges that seemed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding nature. The highlight of my stay was definitely the Water Ceremony at the spa - a truly magical and rejuvenating experience. The food at the French restaurant was exquisite, but it was the Spanish/Mexican restaurant that stole my heart with its gourmet delights. I highly recommend Grand Velas Riviera Maya for a first-class luxury getaway.

As women traveling alone, we felt incredibly safe and well taken care of at Grand Velas. The staff, including the front desk, maids, waiters, and cleaning people, were all gracious and helpful. The spa was absolutely amazing, with the best massages my wife has ever had. We also enjoyed the pool service provided by Oscar, who was attentive and gracious. Special shoutout to our concierge Santiago, who went above and beyond to meet our every need. From making reservations to helping with a medical issue, Santiago was truly outstanding.

From the moment we arrived, we felt special and well taken care of. the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the food was excellent, with a variety of dining options to choose from. the resort had beautiful pools that were clean and not overcrowded. the poolside service was top-notch and we felt pampered throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the resort was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the dress code for some of the restaurants. After a day in the sun, sometimes we just wanted a casual dining experience without having to dress up.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and all hotel facilities was impeccable. The hotel is conveniently located in the Ambassador area, right on the beach. We enjoyed the easy access to water activities and the stunning ocean views. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay.

the exclusive amenities and luxurious services provided by this venue were exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre was absolutely amazing, with a wide range of body wraps, massages, facials, and beauty treatments. the Sauna and Steam room were also fantastic. the Infinity pool and Sun terrace were perfect for a relaxing time. the outdoor and indoor swimming pools with beautiful sun loungers were simply breathtaking.

the entertainment and leisure activities were limited, and the Night club was not open every day.
