As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near JFK and Flushing, with plenty of restaurant options. Easy access to highways and bus options to the subway. Comfortable queen beds and spacious glass showers with natural light. The room amenities like mini-fridge, hair dryer, and DryBar toiletries were appreciated. The sliding barn door with a full-length mirror added a nice touch. Friendly staff and a great bartender at the in-house bistro. The airport shuttle service was reliable.

The room is spacious and modern with light-blocking shades in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, even offering to take guests into town when needed. The common area has a wide variety of snacks, food, and drinks for purchase.

Some of the staff members are not easily identifiable and can be unhelpful at times.

The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I stayed here for a week and Andrea, the front desk manager, always greeted me by name and made sure I had everything I needed. They truly make you feel at home.

Additionally, the location was ideal for travelers with an early morning flight, being less than 5 minutes from the airport.

Lacking in staff hospitality.

This hotel was perfect for a quick stay before a flight. The rooms were really well designed with frosted glass windows and real blackout curtains, so we slept really well. All the essentials were provided, which made our lives easier. And, even though we had to pay a high rate, breakfast was included and had reasonable prices.

The free shuttle service from and to the airport was very convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was modern, clean, and comfortable with great showers and comfy beds. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the quality of the food was good. the pool table and bar area were an added bonus, and we enjoyed playing games and hanging out there.

Although the room was comfortable, the chair was very low and kept collapsing. the lighting in both the room and the bar area could have been brighter as it was difficult to read.
