Value for money was excellent, the room was comfortable and the location was perfect with a beautiful beach. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and dishes to choose from.

The staff were universally excellent and super-friendly. Best pool service of any all-inclusive. Best food. Awesomely-maintained grounds. Three large pools plus a warmer kiddie pool. The service is good and there is an effort of "pampering". Always someone visible. The friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff were excellent. The bed was comfortable. Pool staff were excellent. Beach was lovely. Sunsets were amazing. The beds at the pool were comfortable and the towels were fresh. The facilities are good, the lawns are very nice and the Kao bar is perfect for sitting outside early evening for a drink. There were some very nice touches like the petting zoo that was set up one day for the kids, and the little train that runs round the property.

We loved being just steps away from a beautiful beach and enjoying the stunning sunsets. The pool staff were fantastic and the beds by the pool were super comfortable. The Kao bar was the perfect spot to relax in the evening with a drink. The hotel also had great facilities including well-kept lawns and even a petting zoo and a little train for the kids. the service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and enthusiastic. They made an effort to pamper me and were always visible when I needed something. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a nice pool and ocean views. The food at the all-inclusive restaurant was by far the best I've ever had, especially the breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to activities and beautiful sunsets.

We had an incredible stay at this resort. The bathroom in our unit was really nice and the ocean views from the pool were breathtaking. The pool itself was also very nice, and the food and service at Piaf were exceptional. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and lunch at Azul. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic and were extremely friendly and helpful. As a family, we appreciated the friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff, the comfortable bed, and the excellent pool service. The beach was lovely and the sunsets were amazing. the facilities, service, and amenities at this resort exceeded our expectations.

We had a decent time at the hotel. The location was nice, with scheduled activities and comfortable beach chairs. Although the beach was not the best, we preferred lounging by the pool. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The breakfast at Azul was excellent, with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the well-maintained lawns and the Kao bar, perfect for evening drinks.

The attention to detail and service around the pool area was lacking. It was frustrating trying to get a waiter's attention and our orders were sometimes incomplete.

In general, the beach may not be great if you are a fan of a pristine shoreline, but the hotel facilities more than make up for it. The cleanliness of this place is impeccable, from the well-maintained lawns to the fresh towels at the comfortable pool beds. The staff, although sometimes lacking in execution, are always visible and well-intentioned, making an effort to pamper us throughout our stay. The location is conveniently situated for mid-morning trips to the nearby attractions and there are transportation options available. The themed dinners and live music provide a fun and lively atmosphere, and the food at the all-inclusive restaurants is by far the best we've ever had. The breakfast and lunch options at Azul are also top-notch.
