The beds were uncomfortably hard and made a lot of noise with any movement. The air conditioning was unreliable, with inconsistent cooling.

Convenient location for business travelers: close to the central bus station and airport, and near the main highway to Lake Chapala. Friendly and efficient staff, great on-site restaurant, and taxi service available. Quiet area, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water.

Some noise from the corridors can be heard in the rooms. Occasionally woken up by loud guests arriving late at night.

We needed a cheap place to stay after our flight was changed for the next day. The hotel was inexpensive, and the room was very small but just what we needed for a quick rest and stay with two small children. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the lady that helped us check-in and kitchen staff that recommended places to eat nearby when we wanted something different from their own menu.
