The stunning architecture drew me in! Spacious rooms with a convenient working area and a funky Bluetooth sound system, perfect for belting out tunes while showering.

But goodness, the shower was a diva—didn't work right! And getting charged for water you thought was included? Now that's a shocking plot twist!

I enjoyed my time here and appreciated the guidance for my big event. Everything was ready on time, and the staff made the experience memorable. The design was impressive and complemented by a nice outdoor pool area. After a day of activities in Monterrey, relaxing by the water felt right. Even as a single traveler, I felt welcomed and valued throughout my stay.

The architecture is a stunning piece of art. Housekeeping was attentive, and they provided a welcome drink which added a nice touch!

However, the service at the bar was a tad slow and the coffee could use some improvement.

the architecture of design hotels is stunning, and this one is no exception. the superior room was trendy with a sweet bluetooth sound system. it's conveniently attached to a mall, making it easy to grab a bite or go to fine dining. the outdoor pool is also a great spot to relax!
