The staff members at Habita Monterrey, A Member Of Design Hotels, were incredibly helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to ensure that my boyfriend and I had a marvelous stay. Karina, the restaurant manager, coordinated a delicious dinner in our cozy room, while Amanda, the hotel manager. Mariana and Alexis at the front desk were also very caring. The personalized service made our stay unforgettable.

The customer service was exceptional, and the view from the room and sky bar was breathtaking. The hotel even had Bluetooth speakers in the room and bathroom, adding an extra touch of convenience and enjoyment to our stay.

The room had a clean and stylish black & white theme, and the big tub was perfect for a relaxing soak. Additionally, the hotel's location near a mall was convenient for shopping and dining.

The hotel also seemed to be in need of maintenance and investment, as there were multiple small issues such as broken speakers, discontinued coffee machines, faulty toasters, and poorly insulated room doors. the fumes from fresh paint upon arrival were overwhelming for some guests and affected their comfort.

My stay at Habita Mty was absolutely sublime. The hotel's design is modern and gorgeous, and the rooms are comfortable with amazing views. The location is excellent, with restaurants and stores nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. There were some negative aspects to my stay. the rooms had a strong smell of paint, which was overwhelming and made me feel sick.
