Loved the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the recently renovated rooms were clean and well-designed, making our stay very comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast offered a variety of food choices and was delicious.

Our romantic escape was slightly marred by noisy neighbors in the hallway during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We regret not calling the front desk to complain and address the issue.

The housekeeper was nice and the breakfast coordinator was pleasant. Coffee was available all day. the hotel is relatively close to the College of Wooster, about 15 minutes away.

The room smelled musty and the shower took forever to start working. the desk lamp was flickering and there were no light bulbs available to fix it.
