The open patios and breakfast areas were beautiful with numerous plants and ornamental decorations. The staff were helpful and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The breakfasts were good with freshly squeezed orange juice. The master suite was quiet and nicely decorated. The towels were thick and the mattress was comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience at Hacienda El Santuario. The spacious bedrooms were comfortable and the internal courtyard made for a beautiful breakfast setting. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, helping us with reservations and providing excellent service. The location of the hotel was also excellent, making it easy for us to explore San Miguel.

I just got back from an amazing trip with three friends. The staff at the hotel were incredible, always helpful and intelligent. They even arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport and take us on a day trip to the countryside. The breakfasts were delicious and the hotel itself was clean and safe. We felt completely at ease during our stay. Plus, the location was perfect - close enough to the main square but still quiet and peaceful.

The only slight downsides were the cobblestone streets, which made it a bit challenging to walk around, and the mattress in the room that was a little too firm for our liking. However, these were minor inconveniences and didn't detract from our overall experience.
