I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hacienda. The manager and staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my experience truly enjoyable. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, with a huge and comfortable bed. The breakfast of fresh fruits, rolls, granola, and honey was delicious. The pool and sun beds were perfect for relaxing. The location was great, providing easy access to touring activities in the area and the charming town nearby. it was a wonderful and restful experience.

The prices of the dinner menu were a bit high.

We absolutely loved the history and architecture of the hacienda. The design of the Hacienda and the rooms made us feel disconnected from the outside world. The swimming pool surrounded by plants and trees was very relaxing. The staff was attentive, professional, and friendly. The meals provided by the hotel were of great quality and worth the price.

We felt welcomed into the family, no complaints.

A Thanksgiving weekend well spent! We enjoyed the beautiful oasis and its spacious rooms. the breakfast was amazing, and the employees were so kind. the pool was so relaxing, and we spent a lot of time there. the location was perfect for us to explore the nearby town.

The prices of the dinner menu were high, and we didn't enjoy our experience at the restaurant on one of the nights. Our waiter was extremely rude and kept staring at us throughout.

My luxurious needs were met at this venue. the exclusive amenities, the private facilities, and the sun terrace exceeded my expectations. the service was excellent and the outdoor swimming pool was crystal clear. the restaurant had special diet menus available and the exotic drink at the bar/lounge area was exquisite.

Sadly, the location near a busy road meant traffic noise could be heard at the pool area and in the rooms. this minor issue did not detract from the overall experience.

The hotel's location is convenient to Izamal. It offers a peaceful atmosphere with helpful staff. The beautiful grounds and spacious, well-decorated rooms add to the enjoyable stay. The breakfast and swimming pool are pleasant amenities. The meals, although pricey, are of high quality and worth it.
