We had a lovely romantic escape in this B&B. the rooms were clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. the location was great, with a tube station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the convenience of having shops and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, and we were expecting a cooked breakfast but it was not provided. the selection was mostly continental, which was disappointing.

The location, just a few minutes walk from Arnos Grove tube station and bus stop, is perfect for exploring London. The owner is friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. The family room provided a great view and comfortable beds. The bathroom was spotless with a separate bath and shower. The breakfast had enough choices for everyone, including freshly cooked eggs and bacon.

But, our Christmas stay was a disappointment. the room was cold even with the heater running and we weren't able to get a good night's rest.
