This hotel is an absolute gem hidden in the jungle. The tranquil location, surrounded by birdsong, creates an enchanting atmosphere. The beautiful historic buildings and clean, modern rooms show great attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond, even helping us celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a cake and decorations. The hotel's location is perfect - in the center of the Hacienda and close to other sites. We enjoyed starting our day with a delicious breakfast at 7:10 on the little terrace of our room.

No major issues - everything was just right.

The property at Hacienda San Miguel was incredible, with a rich history and managed by a fantastic and friendly team. The premises were spotless and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool area which was fantastic. The large room in the villa was perfect, and the mosquito nets on all windows were greatly appreciated. The WiFi worked excellently throughout the premises. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay close to nature and historical architecture.

The rural and quiet location was a great escape from the city. The walkways around the grounds were enjoyable, and we loved visiting the farm animals. the hotel's proximity to Chichen Itza and other attractions was very convenient.

The lack of Wi-Fi and TV entertainment was a bummer. , we were disappointed that the hotel only provided meals for religious retreats during our stay, forcing us to go into the city for meals.

We had a fantastic stay at the hacienda. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the location was perfect. It felt very private, making it ideal for a couple's trip. We loved the easy access from the main road, and the farm with its adorable animals added a unique touch. The beautiful pool was a great spot to relax, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were truly impressed with everything and would definitely return when we come back to Mexico.

The highlight of our stay was the beautifully restored gardens and the former grandeur of the hacienda. We also enjoyed the nice pool and the tranquility of the surrounding gardens. The location was perfect for exploring Valladolid, Chichen Itza, and the stunning Uayma church. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay extra special. They surprised us with a romantic gesture, decorating our bed with petals and flowers. The on-site church was a must-see, adding to the overall charm of the place. Additionally, being close to cenotes and having a tasty breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable.
