We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with most attractions just a short Uber ride away, and nestled in a quiet suburb with beautiful gardens. The staff provided personalized service and were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel offered luxurious amenities such as a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi, which made our stay even more relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just outside the busy center, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully decorated with authentic pieces of furniture, creating an English romantic experience. The breakfast offered is excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

Some of the shower heads in the rooms can be improved for a better experience.

The beautiful building and garden were definitely a highlight of our stay. We also appreciated the lovely staff who were always willing to assist with big smiles on their faces. One of the standout features was the indoor swimming pool, which was great for an evening dip after a day of exploring. we were impressed by the turn-down service and the yummy chocolate cookies left on our pillows.

There were some negative aspects that impacted our experience. We had some difficulty with noisy sliding doors and creaky wooden floors, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
