The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with top-notch facilities. The hotel's location was spot on, close to the beach and just a stroll away from the town. The outdoor pool and sun loungers were ideal for a spot of relaxation.

My Easter experience was nothing short of a horror movie. The hotel staff were unhelpful and unfriendly; we found ourselves constantly asking for things that should have been provided. The food options were limited and we ended up having to rely on delivery from nearby restaurants. Our room was not ready on arrival, and when it was finally given to us it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, this is not the place to go.

My stay at Hacienda San Pancho was truly memorable. The moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking sight of the property. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. Moreover, the beach club with its infinity pool overlooking the stunning beach was an absolute dream. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly romantic getaway.
