We had a fantastic time at this beautiful historic property. The room was fabulous, the grounds were gorgeous, and the pool was brilliant. The food at the open logia was excellent and reasonably priced. The combination of old and modern is really cool, and the service was top-notch.

The property was beautiful and surrounded by nature. the rooms were spacious and had their own private pools, which was a great addition. the massages offered at the hotel were also very good and provided a relaxing experience.

The price for the stay, spa services, and food was very expensive. the room had a lot of insects, which was not pleasant.

The location, surrounded by a forest and close to small towns, was perfect for experiencing the wildlife and charm of old Mexico. The staff provided exceptional service, from arranging special experiences to the little touches like lighting candles in our room. it was a must-see hotel for anyone traveling through the Yucatán.

The breakfast offerings could be expanded with more variety to cater to different preferences.

The public areas of the hotel were impressive, and the grounds were great for relaxing and enjoying the pool. the location of the hotel was excellent, as it allowed for easy visits to nearby attractions on the Ruta Puuc. the rooms were massive, with beautiful decor and plenty of space to unwind.

The food at the hotel was hit and miss, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the lack of privacy in some areas, such as the public veranda, was a drawback.

As a fan of Mexican soap operas in my childhood, staying at this Hacienda was a dream come true. The historic ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel were outstanding. The spacious and cozy rooms made me feel right at home. The restaurant offered a wide variety of high-quality food and wines. The secluded location added to the authentic experience. Exclusivity and personal attention are the qualities one can expect in a luxurious hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations, offering unique and exclusive amenities such as private facilities and an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden area. the Spa & wellness center offered a wide range of high-quality treatments.

The one minor issue we had was the lack of beach access. this was compensated by the stunning location and beautiful views of the surrounding area.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location in the middle of a forest was perfect for nature lovers like me. The wildlife was amazing, and I could hear and see various animals. The hotel's facilities were exceptional, especially the swimming pool and the beautiful veranda where I could relax and enjoy the sunset. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The breakfast served with a view over the estate was absolutely divine. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed and taken care of. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Uxmal Mayan ruins for the nighttime light show was a definite advantage.

The buildings were beautifully restored and had a charming historic feel. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that all guests were well taken care of. the on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious local dishes, and the spa added an extra level of relaxation to the stay.

There were some issues with mosquitoes, so be sure to bring bug repellent. Additionally, finding the hotel could be a bit challenging as GPS directions were not always accurate.
