Incredible views from the spacious room. breakfast had a superb variety, especially the fresh fruits. Staff were resourceful and helped us with room assignments and a cell phone we lost in the lobby. definitely felt welcomed.

The reception could use a bit more enthusiasm.

Had an amazing time with my friends! The infinity pool was perfect to relax after visiting Ski Dubai and the Dubai Aquarium. The view of the city from our room was great, and the amenities were top-notch. Staff was friendly and always helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Don't miss the beach access at Palm Jumeirah. it was a highlight!

The hotel is incredibly picturesque, making it an Instagrammer's dream. Breakfast was delightful with new options each day. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The staff, particularly Kamar, went above and beyond when we needed help. Imagine our pleasant surprise when they gifted me a chocolate cake for my birthday!

The TV setup was disappointing as we couldn't figure out the screen share feature, and the channels were limited. The pool area, while stunning, lacked enough loungers for all guests and got shaded too early in the day. It would have been great to have a few more seating options around the pool.

Check-in took excessively long!!! The plumbing is unreliable, requiring too much cold water to get to the hot!!! Noise from music is bothersome even on higher floors!!!

We got a room upgraded with a nice view of the canal, staff was super helpful, never received such a good surprise with a fruit basket when we arrived! The pool area was nice, a bit small, but perfect for chilling after a day out.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

this hotel is super nice! the staff were really friendly and made us feel like home. the views from the pool were breath takin, especially at sunset. they also had this chill bar area where u can enjoy the burj khalifa fireworks. plus, the breakfast was delish and had tons of options every day!

we just loved canal central hotel business bay! it’s new, super clean, and stylishly designed. the breakfast was delicious with amazing views of the burj khalifa. the wellness valley spa offered such relaxing treatments. the infinity pool has a breathtaking view that makes it perfect for chilling.
