We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at a beautiful lakeside hotel. The views were absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The authentic regional cuisine prepared by purepecha cooks was a delightful culinary experience. The service provided by the friendly and attentive staff was excellent. The hotel had a unique and artistic ambiance with attention to detail. The surrounding nature added to the overall perfection of our stay.

What a delightful Christmas getaway! the hotel amenities exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the infinity pool and the fantastic views of the lake and mountains, it was breathtaking. the staff was welcoming and polite and the food was outstanding. the breakfast selection was great and we appreciated the convenience of having snacks and water available in the room. the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns.

Honestly, we have no complaints. Our overall experience at the hotel was exceptional.

The breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, green corn tamales, and a delicious main course. The views of the lake were phenomenal, and the in-room jacuzzi tub was lovely. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and the beds were super comfy.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
