One time, we forgot to bring a tie for a business meeting, but the customer service staff went above and beyond, lending us a tie from their lost and found. The hotel is far from the city center, making it necessary to take a taxi or bus to get to tourist attractions. the gym and pool facilities are small, and there are no views from the lower floors.
