Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. One time, we forgot to bring a tie for a business meeting, but the customer service staff went above and beyond, lending us a tie from their lost and found. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the amenities were satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Queretaro.

The hotel is far from the city center, making it necessary to take a taxi or bus to get to tourist attractions. The gym and pool facilities are small, and there are no views from the lower floors.
