The hotel lobby had a sleek and sexy decor, which created a great ambiance. The service provided by the staff was excellent, making us feel welcomed and valued. We enjoyed the food at the hotel, as it was delicious and satisfying. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore and access nearby attractions. The pool was a nice refuge to relax and unwind during our stay.

The noise outside the hotel was extremely loud until late in the evening, which affected our sleep quality. The lighting in the hotel was inadequate, making it difficult to see clearly in some areas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was amazing, from the moment we arrived at the main entrance, where Starletta and Kiara checked us in with ease and professionalism. The staff at BLT Steak, particularly Sarah and Eric, made our evening wonderful. The suite was fabulous, located on a high floor with a beautiful view. The bathroom was wonderful, always clean with extra towels. The shower was unbelievable, and the tub was spotlessly clean. We loved the spacious closet and the abundance of hangers. The bed linen was incredibly soft and comfortable. The staff greeted us warmly and respectfully throughout our stay. Room service was prompt and delivered with a warm greeting.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had a luxurious and comfortable bed. We also appreciated the spacious bathroom with its modern amenities.

Our experience was marred by the noise from outside the hotel. Late at night, there was loud music playing from nearby venues that continued until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get a restful sleep.

Every detail of the property was exceptional, from the beautiful suite I stayed in to the incredible onsite dining options. The Ritz-Carlton truly knows how to create a five-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

I had an incredible experience at The Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte. The hotel went above and beyond by offering us a discount for the entire duration of our stay, even though it was outside the block reservation. As a member of the hotel chain, we were upgraded to a stunning suite. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped us set up multiple welcome parties in our suite. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Uptown Charlotte. The amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and luxurious stay.
