The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, from delicious waffles to eggs and beans. I couldn't resist the cafe con leche and fresh fruit. It was also nice to know that I could order food for my children and myself, and even enjoy a glass of wine if I wanted to. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. I even had a situation where I left behind a pair of expensive boots, and the front desk lady went above and beyond to help me retrieve them. I was extremely grateful for her assistance.

We had an incredible stay at this budget-friendly hotel! The location is perfect with easy access to the airport and American consulate. Plus, we found a great restaurant nearby that was much cheaper than those downtown. Our room was sparkling clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was super accommodating and always willing to help. We enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast every morning with amazing service. The view was breathtaking from the room window! The only downside was the long check-in wait time at the front desk.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Tijuana for a short business trip. The staff was amazing, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Although the view was of a parking lot, the hotel is conveniently located near a great bar called 22, where we enjoyed cheap drinks and good music. The hotel also has a restaurant nearby, although I recommend exploring other dining options in the area for better value.

The proximity to the US Consulate in Tijuana made our visit much more convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this property.

The only minor drawback was that the hotel did not provide free shuttle service from the airport as mentioned in the listing. Additionally, the breakfast could have been better in terms of quality.
