Poor air conditioning cleanliness didn't reflect proper maintenance!!! Key card malfunctions were super annoying!!! The fact that some guests experienced noise from renovations at 9 AM on their last day was disappointing!!!

It was just an appropriate option for a short stayover in Downey with fantastic value. The pool furniture has improved a lot, making it a more comfortable spot to relax. Make sure to keep an eye on the bathroom supplies. they don’t always check them during cleaning.

The roaches were a real bummer, and the check-in was a mission, but the room had a fridge and microwave, which was choice. Heaps of cafes nearby, too!

The service was top-notch, and we loved the clean rooms. It’s super close to some great attractions like the Dodgers Stadium and the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Definitely check out the pool to cool off after a day exploring. I highly recommend this spot for a group getaway!
