The modern design of the hotel and rooms included great amenities like a Bose sound system and Google Chromecast on the TV. The location was convenient for getting around. The free mini-bars and nightly band performances added to the overall experience.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel in Guadalajara. We were there for a week-long vacation and the hotel had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the hotel was kid-friendly. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even facilitated a fender electric guitar for my daughter, which she loved. Beto, the concierge, was amazing and helped us with all our needs. The secure transportation provided by Carlos was also a great bonus. The breakfast was delicious and the Starbucks coffee was a nice touch.

Loved the spacious and comfortable room at this hotel. the jacuzzi was a great extra touch and the rooftop swimming pool was a highlight. the staff were extremely helpful and made our stay even better. the location was a bit away from the city, but taking an Uber solved that easily. we had a good stay with lots of amenities and an amazing breakfast.
