Nice hotel for short stay, friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable bed, lovely grounds, warm swimming pools.

I couldn't believe how pet-friendly Holiday Inn Cuernavaca was! When I arrived, I was worried about my small dog's accommodations, but the staff handled it exceptionally well. The manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a good room for our stay, and the entire staff was efficient and friendly. The breakfast functions in the hotel grounds were superbly organized and catered. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers with well-mannered dogs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, as it was in the center of the courtyard and close to the downtown where I could visit several museums. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and the staff at the restaurant were excellent.

During my stay in Cuernavaca for New Year's, I had a great experience at the hotel. The facilities were beautiful, with lush green landscapes, waterfalls, and even fish and turtles. The two pools in the middle of nature were a highlight, and it was lovely to take a walk at night and enjoy the peaceful sound of the water and crickets. The hotel was conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to visit museums and take a bus tour to see the small pyramids. Additionally, the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our dog along for an additional cost.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the lack of a shelf or place to put soap and shampoo in the shower. This made it quite inconvenient and potentially dangerous, especially for older guests who had to lean over to pick them up from the floor.

The exchange rate at the hotel was not favorable, and it was recommended to book through a travel site instead. Some of the service staff expected tips for services that guests could easily do themselves, such as parking their own cars.
