The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. I could easily walk to all the attractions and even the ADO bus station. The hotel was also conveniently close to the shopping street. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options in the open buffet. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always there to answer any questions I had. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with my room being cleaned thoroughly every day without even asking for it.

Our stay in this hotel was fantastic! The location is amazing, situated just in center of the 5th Avenue, in the heart of Playa del Carmen, close to some local restaurants and very close to the 5th avenue. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was well equipped with all the necessities. The staff provided us excellent service, and the breakfast was more like lunch, with plenty of options for everyone. The rooftop pool offered a magnificent view and comfort, and the internet speed was impeccable.

The hotel could improve their check-in process, and avoid delays.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Playa del Carmen for a few nights. The hotel is fairly good located, away from the main noise but still close to local restaurants. The internet speed was fantastic and the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The modern rooms and new hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the pool area was always clean with plenty of shade available.

Our room was spacious, modern and had every amenity we could want, including a mini-kitchen and comfortable bed. Although we could hear our neighbors through the walls, we didn't have any trouble sleeping with the blackout curtains. The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. we enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express.
